First of all Download all these files -

ODIN DOWNLOADER

J701F COMBINATION FILE
J701F 8.1.0 FIRMWARE
J701F TOUCH REPAIR FILEADB FRP REMOVER

Go through all instructions step by step

STEP#1 : Connect handset in download mode and Flash Combination File in AP with Odin Downloader.

STEP#2 : After flashing handset gets ON, connect it on PC and Remove FRP via ADB Method.
Use attached tool or any tool you have [Use UMT For Best Results..personally tested]



STEP#3 : Connect handset in download mode again and Flash 8.1.0 Firmware with Odin Downloader.

Step#4 : After handset gets ON, Use OTG Cable & USB Mouse and Do as directed :
Goto Settings>>About Phone>>Developer Options>Enable OEM Unlock
(If Developer option not seen then goto Settings>>About Phone>>Software Information and click on Build Number 5 or 7 times)

Step#5 : Take out battery and Insert it again and Connect handset in download mode and Flash J701F Touch Repair File in AP with Odin Downloader.

Step#6 : After flashing completed, handset will get hang on Samsung logo.
So Do Hard Reset with buttons (i.e. HOME+VOLUME UP+POWER) Do Wipe data/Factory Reset.

Now your J7 CORE Touch will work like charm.
